How do I know which Lead Status to use for a record?
In the Leads Module in Zoho CRM, there are 11 status options. Here's standard best practices for using each status:
Lead Status | When to use this status | What happens when status is saved |
New | This status is automatically assigned to all new leads upon auto import | When a lead is entered into the CRM and is labeled new, a Realtor email intro is sent to the lead and a task is assigned to the user responsible for prospecting. |
